Can't replay missions

That's not to say I can't activate a reply, I can do that, but when replaying missions I notice that I have no weapons... or anything for that matter. Like when replaying that first mission: "Hold tab to select weapon". There are no weapons. There's nothing. Even my horse has nothing. How the hell am I supposed to get gold buckles in missions if I can't do anything?

The problem may be that if you have already completed the game, when you restart the mission, you will not have all your things that you had during the passage or free game, unfortunately this cannot be fixed in any way

I had no problems replaying chapters.
I opened progress selected a chapter then episode. inside the chapter.
Is a mission a different area? Cause the progress should be retained.
Possibly the mission has a different save point?

I'm not sure about that. Even before I had completed the game and wanted to replay some missions, even then I still didn't have any loadout on me. I thought it was just a weird quirk at the time, but it seems to be a consistent issue. From what I've read about replaying missions, you're supposed to be given a default set, but apparently that's where things are going wrong, because it seems others have also had the same problem. Unfortunately this does seem to be a bug that requires a patch.

That's not what I mean. I can select and start a mission, I just don't have any weapons or equipment, which makes actual gameplay impossible.

I am having this same problem. Replaying the mission with only revolvers and 60 ammo. No weapon, no ammo, no tonics, no horse, no nothing... Empty wheel, that's all. This happened after I started Epilogues. Very annoying...

"Fix it" >>>----> Save Games from the C:\Users\ "whatever your login is" \Documents\Rockstar Games\Red Dead Redemption 2\Profiles\ "select your Profile" and backup the all the SRDR.bak files and make a backup of your Profile folder ... then reload the game and start Epilogues .. I hope that helps.. If not backup of your Profile folder, then "Delete" only the
Red Dead Redemption 2 folder in " \Documents\Rockstar " not the one for the game install.
Your Profile folder has all your setting and story saves as SRDR.Bak it should look something like this "SRDR30001.bak" and "SRDR30001" all flies that look like this are story saves. It just best to save the "Profile folder" and all settings in it.. then you can play around with the files. Should work.
