my bandana disappeared from inventory, how to fix this?

Once I put mine on each time I spawn its on and I remove it then when respawn its on ... for awhile at least ..

Try leaving the game completely and restarting it and even rebooting - the pc - to get it to come back...

i try rebooting and still same, when i checked the wardrobe, the bandana was gone

you can cycle through radial items in their slots.

there should be little buttons in the bottom left slot where the bandana used to be when you move your cursor over it showing you to press one or the other to cycle the item.

the bandana slot, is also the gloves slot.
