[SOLVED] RockstarGames Launcher: No connection to reCAPTCHA / login problems

Everytime the launcher starts to enter mail and password, the captcha will not shown. Instead the error message displays: No connection to reCAPTCHA service.

- https://support.rockstargames.com/servicestatus -> online
- new windows 11 pc
- newest graphics card drivers
- newest Windows 11 updates
- for every try, I deleted the Documents\..\SocialClub-folder as also restarted my pc


- activated the 2FA by browser
- run with administrator rights
- no VPN active
- deactivated the windows firewall completely
- deleted "hosts"-file from "C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc"
- Virus-/ threat protection -> exclusion: \Launcher-folder + .exe-files
- Hotspot via mobile phone as alternate internet connection
- flush DNS cache by cmd
- Perform a clean boot

I also tried to submit a ticket but the RS ticket system is also not working, because the button changes from black to grey and that's it. Checked with two different browsers and deactivated adblocker.

Someone else had this captcha problem and found a solution?

== SOLUTION == (for me)

I've entered the UDP Ports manually into my router and used not only the automatic release and I entered the DNS server ports. So now, I don't which of these both was helpful, but it is working.

The launcher needs this ports open:
Port 6672 (UDP)
Port 61455 (UDP)
Port 61457 (UDP)
Port 61456 (UDP)
Port 61458 (UDP)

TCP/IP V4 DNS addresses

Preferred DNS-Server: 8.8.8.8
Alternative DNS-Server: 8.8.4.4

TCP/IP V6 DNS addresses

Preferred DNS-Server: 2001:4860:4860::8888
Alternative DNS-Server: 2001:4860:4860::8844

Together with the 2FA I don't got the captcha and had only to enter the verification code to login. Now the installation is running.
