do you have a dedicated graphics card? if your running on intels integrated graphics then your bound to have poor FPS

on your PC case make sure your HDMI/video cord is plugged into the graphics card and not the motherboard

its in the gpu. I did accudentally unplug the pc from a power adapter with a surge protector but surely that wouldnt change anything?

what graphics quality level do you have it set to ingame?

I also have RTX 3080, fps drops from 100+ to 50, this is due to the fact that all settings are on ultra, you should lower them a little and will be stable fps

Some settings in the game do not affect the quality of graphics at all, but eat up performance a lot
