Purchased through the Rockstar Games Launcher
I purchased the Ultimate Edition of this game through the Rockstar website back in 2019.
I have been trying to sort out the problem that this game as totally vanished from my Rockstar Games Launcher, but, Rockstar keep saying to me that it is in my account.
I have looked for it in my account and it's nowhere to be seen. I have shown Rockstar support the receipt when I purchased it and still they are saying to me it's in my account. It is not in my account.
Trying to sort this out is like trying to jump through the eye of a needle from 1,000 miles away.
They sorted out the GTAV problem so why not this.
I have posted this up here because what Rockstar are doing now is ignoring my emails.
Scrooge springs to mind and also several 'X' words.
What should I do?

Are you absolutely certain it's not in your account? I would say take it to Reddit and hope it blows up there. If posts blow up often developers will jump in and help out to show they care and to avoid the negative publicity.

Should back up a second and define the 'gtav' problem' first. What exactly was it? What exactly was done to resolve it? I can think of a couple ways this could go sideways... but no details to rule them out.

How are you looking for this 'in' your account? Are we talking about 'in' the launcher?
In 'the account' you think owns it'? Did you get on the website, view profile, click games and look at the list of what is considered an 'owned' game on that account? If it doesn't show 'there' - I would show them a screenshot of what you see.

If it DOES show there, and does not show in the launcher - I'd open my documents and rename rockstar games to rockstar games-old. Then, manually open the launcher, log into exactly what you signed into the website with, and see if it still doesn't show up.. You've bought the R* version after all - not to be confused with a steam version. There may be other files that could be deleted/refreshed but that should cover the bulk.

'Scrooge' about this? Not even close. they can only work with what 'they can see' - if that differs from you - find the difference. Do bear in mind that their world does not come to a halt while they enter email comms with you.

Patience and politeness goes a long way when dealing with support (for anyone).

I have checked my account via the Rockstar website just now and it still only shows GTAV which is correct, but, no Red Dead Redemption 2 Ultimate Edition which is wrong.
I shall try Reddit and see what happens.
I have been very patient and polite. I am still at step one after 26 emails backwards and forwards over several days with no help whatsoever from Rockstar and all I get is " We can see it's in your account try restarting your PC" And guess what still no joy. So, I have been very patient.

Just bringing this back up to the attention of Rockstar. I have tried my best to get this sorted out but Rockstar are just ripping me off.
