Game keeps soft locking
I'm stuck on the mission "Who the Hell is Leviticus Cornwall?" Once i hit the scene where it transitions from the first camp to the staging point for the train robbery it seems the scripting and world loading just stops. I've had it not load the ground soft lock directly after the transition and i have made it as far as boarding the train then the game does this. Once this happens i can still move around, but most interactions are broken. Getting on my horse, any mission interaction and getting up from falling over don't work. I have tried verifying files, lowering graphics settings to the lowest (even though i can run the game at 60+ fps easily), changing the rendering api to dx12, turning off read-only for the game files and a full re-install, but i'm at a loss for what i can do here to get this game to work.

Try the old Bethesda trick. Do something else, mission or sleep etc etc, save, then try again. It's like a savegame bug thingy.

The Issue i was having was fixed. In short my CPU (Intel Core i7-13700KF) is a bit OP for the game, but the GPU (Nvidia RTX 3060) is a major bottleneck (even though i can hit 60 fps easy). After some time playing the GPU kind of gives up. and won't allow the game to load anything else because it is running at 100% the whole time. Lowering the settings AND limiting the framerate to 60 fps or lower is what seemed to help me. Basically anything that will reduce the load on the GPU
