Any way to make money? And why does my honor go down so quick?

All the money making things like stealing coaches etc take long and reward like 40$. Stealing horses is even worse, guy gave ne 6$, SIX, for a horse :/ So any better ways of making money? Also why does my honor go down on missions where I shoot guards. but when those guards aggro I can suddenly shoot them without loss... like ughh. Also so many little events go bad because of accidents? Like I was helping ppl shoot off some bandits, and then when the bandits went away running and the fight was instantly over and I shot at the bandit and suddenly I have a bounty for trespassing ands cant interact with these fellers anymore -_-

Forget honor, you can easily raise or lower it at will.

Just do missions and interact with the world. Loot buildings and everyone you kill. Money is basically a non-issue once you get rolling.

how do you easily lower or raise honor?

Just walk around town saying hi to people to raise or antagonize to lower.

Lots of jobs at your camp give honor like feeding the horses etc etc.

And obviously kill strangers to lower the fastest.

I think bounty jobs raise it as well. There's lots of stuff.

also do you know why when I get robbed and capture them I get flagged for kidnapping and murder etc? I took one of the bandits capture and had to defuse 2 witnesses and when I went to the sherrif with him to drop him off nothing happend. kinda meh

Self defense is self defense, kidnapping is kidnapping.

Sadly the sheriff/bounty system doesn't work that way. Would be cool if you could try them and watch them swing but maybe RDR3. Sheriff has actual bounty missions you have to accept.

lol last time I was playin this random lady needed rescue so I obviously saved her. I looted the bodies before I untied her and she then blamed me lol so I retied her and put her on the tracks. Train never came so I took her to the swamps haha crocfood.

I'm usually a good boy but she really peed me off.

Raising Honor in Online Mode is rather super easy, just keep brushing the Horse & it will go up quick, Just Spam the Brush Key & you will raise it quick ( In Online Mode ).

The only money making in Story Mode really is "Go find all the Gold"
and breaking in various horses, such as White Arabian for example, reach level 4 bonding with it and sell to Horse Fence.

The rest are of the stuff to do is just peanuts.

Don't worry about the Honor, even if you reach the max LOWEST HONOR.
You can easily reach 100% honor by the end of the game.

That is rarely allowed, just kill them, get back on horse if not already, take off quickly. If after leaving there is a "Witness" alert, get out of sight, change clothing while on horse. You can also hide in a large bush to make the wanted go away faster.

Yep forgot about that. Even better you can pat the horse while riding.

That works in Story Mode; just cycle between Calm/Petting + Feed it something + Brush it. Over and over while riding. Another reason to do this is that it will level the horse bonding rather quickly as well. Almost all the horses in the game are rather terrible until a level 4 bond is reached.
