Any way around 3rd party account?

Been vaguely interested in trying this game for years and the current ~$20 sale price is a real "why not" deal. Problem is I really just don't want to deal with the whole "Rockstar Social Club" thing. I have zero interest in playing the game online and never will have any interest which I assume is the whole reason they prompt you to make an account in the first place. I encountered the same issue with Doom Eternal but thankfully was able to find a workaround that let me avoid making an account so I was wondering if that's at all possible here if I am only interested in the singleplayer experience.

I find it weirdly fun and satisfying going to sometimes extreme lengths just to avoid things like this. Like yeah ultimately im still giving the company my money (sometimes ;)) but thats where I draw the line, anything more and im out.
