Crashes on Story and Online

I've tried everything! The game crashes within 10 minutes. I can't even complete the first chapter.

Fully Updated Windows 11 , Nvidia GeForce Game Ready Driver 546.33

Here are the steps I've taken:

1. Running EVERYTHING in Administrator - all launchers and game .exe files

2. Verifying game integrity multiple times

3. Disabling Windows Firewall (not permanently)

4. Adding Windows Firewall inbound and outbound rules for launcher and game .exe

5. Vuklan and DX12 both crash equally

6. Running with extremely low settings and resolution

7. I can't even set the date to January 2019 because if I do, the system's internet is not working

I'm considering a refund, as I've only played for 114 minutes, not continuously. Please let me know if anyone found a fix :)

i have no problem playing storymode but i can't play online anymore ( beside solo missions), most of us think the game is being hacked and hope on a solution , or the game files for the New Year update where corupted for all the online gameproviders like steam and others.
In the last case I hope it will be fixed in the New update at Januari 2, If it is corupted you should delete entire game and do a new download after Jan 2
