open your weapon/item/horse wheel. weapon wheel comes up first i believe. use the correct buttons you have currently set to switch to the other wheels.


go to your horse wheel.

this wheel is everything involving your horse. items you have currently to use on your horse.


items you have on your horse if any like. you can store alternate sets of clothing on your hourse. alternate hats. etc.



your looking for items specifically to use on your horse. there on the top of the wheel.


there is stuff like food to feed your horse. which will restore some of its health. theres horse revive which is like an elixer once used your character will sprinkle on top of your horse and a dying horse will revive with enough health to stay alive. theres horse tonics which will automatically heal your horse to full health. and other examples.



you will have to go to that wheel. and see what you have available. and use it.

Short Simple Answer would be feeding the Horse Food (Food Items Sold at the Horse Stable) will heal your Horse.
