Screen keeps flickering black?
Decided to get back into the game with a fresh story mode file but realized pretty quickly that my screen is constantly flickering black. Got an RTX 3070 and Ryzen 7 3700x. Game is barely using half of my VRAM so I'm not overloading my GPU.

i guess you verified game files and done all basic problem solving to fix a game thats not working properly?

I bought this game on sale and it crashed my pc like 8 times. I read that it has something to do with full screen/ optimize for full screen settings?????? I have a i9-9900KF and 3080
