Fixed (?) Incredibly odd bug, Anybody else's game keeps ignoring prompts, UI disappearing and then the world?

Update: In my attempts to figure out how to stop the BSoD I ended up breaking my windows install and had to delete everything and reinstall. Good news though, the game now actually works. I've heard people say that the culprits to their issues was one of the following: Asus Armory crate, Geforce experience, MSI AfterBurner and the steam FPS counter. Because the windows reinstall removed those I don't have any issues now but I do believe that they may be the culprits.

IDK whats triggering this bug but for me interacting with ANYTHING has a chance to soft lock the game. My UI disappears and I can't interact with anything anymore and pressing escape just freezes the game, I also can't open any menu either. This is my most recurring bug:

• When I tried to lasso that Driscoll my game just went "you can't lasso this ♥♥♥♥♥ now you gotta chase this kid endlessly".
  
  
• Right after the bar fight that Bill starts I could no longer interact with anything so I restarted
  
  
• I decided to hunt down that legendary bear, killed it, brought over my horse and I get a prompt that I need to clear my horses inventory (I had hunted nothing so the inventory was for sure empty) and then the bug happens and I lose the damn pelt because I can't even move my mouse and Arthur refuses to stow the pelt, goodbye money.
  
  
• Killed a 3 star deer and when i go to pick up the body my character refuses to stow it, I try to run to valentine and then my world disappears
  
  
• This just happened now, I wanted to buy a new revolver and I'm trying to turn the pages and then the UI disappears and I can no longer turn pages or leave.

I've also lost my free gun purchase because of this bug.

Its not just regular gameplay as this bug can happen with cut scenes as well.

My specs are: Ryzen 5800x, RTX 4080, 32 gb RAM, installed on an NVME, newest driver installed.

I can't even find ANYONE who remotely has encountered a bug like this. This bug has ruined my experience so much that I honestly can say this was a worse experience for me than CP2077 at launch

EDIT !:

The verify files fix did not work as the bug came back within 30-40 minutes. Currently trying the deleting player files in the docs/rstargames/rdr2/profiles/asdfsdf/ folder.

EDIT 2:
Found even more bugs this is insane.
BSOD crashes that I'm currently working on fixing. (Running several scans it fixed a couple of things but i hope to god my new ram isnt the issue)
The other Error is the "ERR_GFX_STATE". I know the fix is to delete the sga files and insert "-ignorepipelinecache" in the arguments but i swear to god steam does recognize the command and red dead keeps regenning the files. I've found the fix to be to set the files to read only immediately after they regen.

Right after this post I found someone else who had the same issue and the fix was this, oddly enough I actually did verify it before idk why it didn’t work the first time around

Now I have a new issue: BSOD. I’m gonna try finding the crash log before I ask about it

Thanks for the help, the bug came back in 40 minutes. I'm so tired of this ♥♥♥♥, there was an alternate fix im gonna do both now

the BSOD fix im looking for fixes to my computer, I've narrowed the error down on that end.
