How to safely disable (not delete) mods for Online?

I came back to RDR2 after a while. First playthrough was fresh, so this time I decided to use mods to enhance the game.
My question is - how to disable mods to play online? I mean safely so i can quickly turn them on again?
I use only sctipthooks, LML and Lennys Trainer.

take the files out of your bin, keep them in a dump folder* and put them back in whenever you want to play offline again. I usually verify the files as an extra step just in case..

A temp folder outside of the game folder.
Put all mod folders and script-hook / asi files in there so nothing regarding mods or scripthooks reside in game folder.

Simple .bat to enable, or disable mod. You can't do it any easier.
