look at the first comment made by saintpaul78. 600+ people liked it because it tells tha truth that default red dead redemption 2 TAA is really blurry and uplayable.
Don't know what an eye doc is?
All the more reason you need to make an appointment to visit one..
I pretty much see all games a little blurry,
especially games that take place in the more natural world rather than inside a city.
Also don't help much that flat panel monitors are all slightly blurry.
Square pixels don't contribute well to a clean and pristine image.
One of the reasons flat panels (though better) still don't produce the quality of a old CRT computer monitor.
You don't like TAA, turn it off!
There's 2 other options you might like to try, both found in the games settings menu.
Fair warning, one slightly decreases the demand on the system but still far from perfect.
The other increases the demand on the system, also far from perfect.
Leave those up to you to decide if it's worth the + or - demand on the system.
As for seeing threads about the game being blurry, few here and there.
But it's mostly "I need a bazillion frames per second" around here.
yes, slightly exaggerated frame rate, but after awhile they all sound just like that.
The best any of us can do is mod, Like replacing the DLSS dll and forcing DLAa through "DLSS Tweaks" which helped me immensely.
1080ti's say "what's a tensor core" lol
Isn't an option.
Never discount something do to it not working well on your current system.
vsync for example, some think RDR2's vsync is total crap!
(not that I disagree as vsync has always sucked)
But for myself at least, the in game vsync works better than Nvidia's.
Can't say that for all games I own, but definitely works better with RDR2.
FXAA I can cheat that one a bit and does show a huge difference.
Using 16x sli with 8x transparency. Did use it constantly when the game came out.
But have since opted for lower settings overall to keep the power bill in check.
Was doing 90%+ GPU utilization on 2 1080ti's & now they are roughly at 60% each.
Game still looks good, just not as good as it could.
And those GPU's are no longer eating near 500watts, is a good thing.
Prices go up even faster.
Wouldn't mind upgrading those 1080ti's, but I'm full on boycott mode for now.
