When I tested 'low' settings I literally turned every option to low and anything with an 'off' option was set to off. 15fps max and fps shoots to 1-2 when moving around or doing anything.
What ever happened to If it ain't broke, Don't fix it?
I switched out Vulken and Directx12 with everything either low or off... I figured it was some sort of update issue so I updated everything I could. I have no idea what is tanking the FPS...
I get 15-16 fps on the benchmark on lowest settings with everything turned off.... Vulken seems to be a bit better as DirectX12 seems to really plummet my FPS.
