BASIC NEEDS.
Folks, what parameters should I change so that the game forces me to eat and drink more often?
Standard settings are too slow for me.

I will be very grateful if someone tells me!

[CORES]

; 1 unit of the food core reduced every x seconds
; the number is the amount of seconds
FOOD_CORE_RATE = 60

; 1 unit of the thirst core reduced every x seconds
DRINK_CORE_RATE = 40

; 1 unit of the urine core reduced every x seconds
PISS_CORE_RATE = 50

; 1 unit of the sleep core reduced every x seconds
SLEEP_CORE_RATE = 90

This mod really should add a "Don't gain weight" option too. Driving me nuts how fat your character gets on even standard settings.

Just bring up Rampage Trainer every so often if it bothers you and reset weight back to 0 (Perfect weight balance)

The issue I have is now matter how fast or slow the internal game clock is going, the "needs" drain per X amount of seconds appears to be going by real-time clock.

Overall just play around with BASIC NEEDS values and see what you prefer to use. For one thing it's not balanced. I don't have to urinate for like 3 days, but I have to Sleep so damn often. LOL yea some balance there.

You also have to set the Radar to Normal and set Display > HUD to around 95% | 93% for the Basic Needs GUI to fit properly. You can change it, but that requires a bit of work.

Another thing with BASIC NEEDS is the values are not saved to your saved game file. They are saved to "needs.dat" in the game folder. Which means you could just delete this file prior to loading up the game in order to have full bars for everything. Except that your Canteen will of course be empty.

Can I mix trainers? I already have Lennys Trainer so I'm not sure I can use Rampage.

You can, however both will by default use the F5 key to bring it up on-screen. Simply navigate Rampage using Arrow keys on Numpad (8, 4, 6, 2) and using Numpad-5 as an Enter key and Numpad-0 as a Backspace key. You can go to Settings in Rampage and change which F-key is used to bring it up. Such as F8 for example.

Lennys "Native Trainer" is extremely basic and doesn't offer much.

I somehow can't see the weight setting in Rampage trainer, can you navigate me to where it is?

Please, someone. tell me, where is the water flask? I can't find it anywhere, alcohol or coffee doesn't fill thirst.

This should help you.
Or others with similar questions.

If the mod is installed and working correctly simply walk up to a waters edge, such as a river or lake. Look down at ground towards the water you should then have options such as washing face, filling water flask.... once filled the flask can provide 4 instances of water drinking then it needs to be filled up again.

When you urinate you must hold that button down for a lengthy period. So be mindful of surroundings such as possible near by enemies, especially in areas where you could get run down by a Buck/Ram or pounced on by a Cougar/Panther
