Just bring up Rampage Trainer every so often if it bothers you and reset weight back to 0 (Perfect weight balance)
The issue I have is now matter how fast or slow the internal game clock is going, the "needs" drain per X amount of seconds appears to be going by real-time clock.
Overall just play around with BASIC NEEDS values and see what you prefer to use. For one thing it's not balanced. I don't have to urinate for like 3 days, but I have to Sleep so damn often. LOL yea some balance there.
You also have to set the Radar to Normal and set Display > HUD to around 95% | 93% for the Basic Needs GUI to fit properly. You can change it, but that requires a bit of work.
Another thing with BASIC NEEDS is the values are not saved to your saved game file. They are saved to "needs.dat" in the game folder. Which means you could just delete this file prior to loading up the game in order to have full bars for everything. Except that your Canteen will of course be empty.
Lennys "Native Trainer" is extremely basic and doesn't offer much.
