Can you even turn off kill cam?

I turned off both dynamic kill effects and dynamic killcam mode and the game still decides to force me into kill came some times
Overal one of the worst bugs I've found so far because at least the rest of the one doesn't ruin the experience as much as this one
I'm never buying a rockstar game again btw

dynamic kill effects is just when the game does the black and white color change when someone or something you shot dies.

dynamic kill cam mode i believe is when the deadeye ALWAYS does a dynamic cam for every deadeye use.

the kill cams for final kills in story and side missions will always happen.
