Question about Micah?
I quit this game a ways back after I was forced to save Micah by busting him out of jail. I really hated how you and Micah go through town killing everyone. Did Rockstar ever address this? Probably not, but does the game make you do even more horrible choices after this as well? It really was not a choice for Micah. you were ordered to bust that piece of garbage out of jail, then he proceeds to kill everyone in town.

You, the player, are literally just as bad as Micah. You have no room to feign moral superiority. You're a career criminal who murders, lies, cheats, and steals, filling your pockets and stomach by inflicting misery upon others.

Micah is the most straight up honest character in the entire group. He is the epitome of unrepentant wild west outlaw, a viking with guns. Anyone who has a problem with him is a hypocrite, because you're him but with a layer of self-deception making you think you're better.

During the Strawberry gunfight the only people he kills who weren't shooting at him were his O'Driscoll cellmate (an enemy) and the two people who had his guns and left him to die.

Aside from the player, he literally contributes more financially than any other member of the gang, he constantly urges Dutch to abandon the dead weight civilians and cut the gang down to the core gunslingers to help evade capture.

People whine about Micah ultimately choosing himself over a bunch of dependent fools who didn't even like him, like the entire first Red Dead Redemption game isn't about John Marston hunting and killing his former friends for the government to get out of being punished for his own crimes.

Micah is a Machiavellian warrior, the Joker of his time, and the best character in RDR2. The people who hate him need to open their eyes and look in the mirror. You and everyone else in the camp are wandering murder hobos who victimize innocent people.

Micah was the only one who wasn't pretending not to be.

I'm a survivor, Morgan! Living and dying, that's all there is! -Micah Bell
nah bro is an incel "the joker of his time" implying the joker of this time is a good thing lol
nah murder just aint ok, they didn't like Micah because he was crazy and murdered people unnecessarily, he was like that before he met the gang, only reason he was in the gang was cause he saved Dutch ONCE. Otherwise he's ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ crazy and a terrible person. And I'm not saying everyone else in the gang is an angel, but compared to him they are lol
Imagine getting over sensitive about fictional character on a game.
A game you're supposed to be a damn criminal who threats and kill people :KRIZALID:
As George Roper once said.

For Micha or nothing.

Now tear your hair out if you're British of a certain age trying to recall who George Roper was and what he was talking about.

I disapprove of this.
First of all, Dutch is straight up better person, all he needs is for people to have some ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ faith and loyalty.
Then, there's Uncle. Folks always give him crap, but he has lumbago man! It's a serious medical condition and no joking matter. With equity in mind, Uncle contributes the most to the gang.

Fictional?
Black Belle for example was known as Belle Star, do a search for Belle Star.
you may be a bit surprised. lol
Imagine having morals in the wild west LOL
I guess I never even thought about it from a moral perspective, I mean from the start you are killing and robbing..doing dirty deeds done dirt cheap most of the game,

If your fictional story or game can't stand questioning or logical reasoning, then that's because it's poorly written or has flaws. You can't just use the "it's not real who cares" argument.
Even the worst criminals in the Wild West killed few people compared to how many you kill in that Strawberry shootout alone. It's just so jarring that two guys take on an entire town without a scratch. Even lowly criminals are smart enough to know that is a dumb decision - self preservation exists in literally almost all of us so it makes even less sense.

Machiavellian warrior? Joker of his time? The dude betrays everyone for his narcissistic self-preservation and only temporarily gets away with it because of Arthur's tuberculosis. Micah is a spineless traitor that even hurts innocent animals like the dog you get in camp.

Kudos to Rockstar for making the most hateable character in the history of video games.
Micha as a believable character works.

This thread proves it.
Who Micah? You can't trust him around your money or your wife, and probably goes as well for your horse.

Dutch "I have a plan!!" Van Der Linde and his Irish babe Molly are both parasites; living better than Jack.
Karen is Karen's biggest problem.
Mary-Beth is young and naive along with Tilly and Lenny.
Abigail could do better than John but she's stuck with this group. John is a bumbling idiot and wouldn't have that hot honey if it wasn't in the script...

Javier and Charles would probably do well on their own as well as Hosea.
Unck the drunk skunk... (now that's some liquor money!) Easy to relate to.
Reverend "I have no other options..." Swanson (King of the Camp Fire Creeps)
Sean and Kieran are both better off, just basic life had to be hard for those two.
Sadie a hot mess and has to roll with the punches.

Pearson claims to have fought sea monsters and ate pineapples, offered by beautiful island women. Lives in a swamp and is just waiting for some hot lead to make him dead...
Arthur the pack mule and enabler for the whole mess.

And the ones not mentioned are just lucky to be somewhere...

At least, that was my take on the group.
Ya dirty sidewinder...
