Voice on horse in RDR online
I'm making my first character, I've read around and it seem your character's voice is completely random. I've finally got lucky after a few tries and randomized a character with a deep voice but the problem is his voice while on a horse sounds much higher and different than his base voice while not riding the horse. I tried again afterwards, I found a deeper voice again but his voice on a horse higher too. My question is, are all voices while on horses the same high pitch for all characters even if your base voice while off horse is a deep one? Or are there deep voices while on horses too?

EDIT: Tried for an entire day to delete and remake my character with every combination of whistle, pitch and race possible with no luck. I get the same high pitch voice on horse while his normal voice being very deep and totally different.

yea it seems it's a different voice actor entirely when you're riding a horse, kinda stupid but it is what it is

What voice? RDO player characters don't have voice lines of any kind.

They make some sounds here and there; like when doing various animated emotes or when getting hit/hurt and when whistling for horse. That's about it.

I've never used a male character for RDO, so I'm not sure what all you mean.

So when you get hurt in real life you're not using your voice to make sounds? Male character voices are different on horse and off horse whenever they make a sound, no one was talking about voice lines that don't even exist.

Probably because when someone doesn't use a male character with a deep voice, that someone doesn't notice the change in voice from the grunts and screams during combat and foot travel and the whistles and grunts to the horse.

Since our characters have the social skills of Link, it's a bit off to me that all these characters can somehow read our characters' minds. Unspoken dialog options would have been an improvement for me.

Yea it's a shame, some of these things really break immersion.
