It sounds like you tried rolling back to an older AMD driver? Have you tried turning off FSR? With my PC I had to turn off DLSS in order to get it to load an initial save after booting the game up. Its worth a shot.
Im sure you tried turning down the graphics settings. Are there any other drivers on your PC that updated recently? One of those could have a conflict.
Im using a 3080ti. In the benchmark I was only getting about 40 fps without DLSS off, and about 75 when on. So I turn DLSS off when I boot and then have it on while I play. I have most settings on Ultra.
As RDO Public can easily have a bugged session due to modders.
The sever they use could be giving you problems on the online game? Is there a website you can go that shows you the server status? Ive never played the online.
I was able to play about 4 hours tonight and got a lot done. The game had zero problems. Again I booted the game and loaded the save without DLSS on, and then turned it one once the save had loaded. I then turned DLSS off when I saved for the final time and then tomorrow when I boot it up, DLSS will be off again.
Pointless to have it scanning that all the time.
Which to get rid of that all you have to do is restart the system.
