(Maybe also becaose of better GPU that i have now;)
I beat the game on console years ago - and have been replaying it on a gifted copy on steam recently (with a mod trainer to do COOL stuff)
I'd strongly recommend trying it out a second time.. This game has an amazing story - but I felt the gameplay was a bit lacking.
As I've been doing another more lengthy and goofy playthrough, just exploring and being a menace to society in general; the cutscenes do have some small differences rarely enough; and the 2nd ending is different if you're a bad boy or a good boy lololol
But as Stryx says the thing that has impressed me the MOST is the raw amount of stuff I just outright haven't experienced. I did my first playthrough in ~50 hours? give or take? This one I'm about 80 hours in and I'm *still* finding things I missed!
I wouldn't recommend the online but - that's a whole 'nother can of worms; and I'm probably going to be in a minority here on a forum for the game itself so I won't get into that hahaha
