It would help if people READ the store page.
getting the actual game gives you everything except for dlc which you can get separate or with the ultimate edition.
this is how it usually is with games like this btw, only a few were known to charge extra for the online mode and that never works out.
Since with RDR2 you can not change your edition or upgrade it at a later time.
So if you do buy Standard Edition, you will be stuck with that.
No point buying that, refunding it and then turn around and buy Ultimate Edition.
RDR2 always included the Online Mode (RDO)
If so, changing from Vulkan to DX 12 fixed it for me using this from Rockstar support
