Can't enter sheriff's office and delivere live bounty.

I've had this happen to me a few times now in RDO. I bring back a live bounty, but I can't open the door to the sheriff's office, so I am forced to execute them so I can deliver them dead outside instead.
This is quite annoying, especially if you got dailies and other things that require you to deliver them alive.

Anyone else have this? And is there some way to solve it?

It's possible to occur when someone else just completed one at the same location. Hopefully when you get there you have a bit of time left. Maybe get back on Horse and move away from the area a bit, then come back.

Yes, seems to be a bug. The door to the building is closed an I can't enter as long as the bounty is alive. Tried it in Annesburg twice. No success

May be you can "glitch" the target into the yellow area by removing him/her from the horse right next to the building...
