yup - this
congrats you unlocked one of the best skillz in game.
you can port back to your camp from anywhere in the world for ONE DOLLAR
This "might" change sessions in the process, but not a big deal depending on your need to jump back to Camp quickly. I sometimes use this method when cheaters are around and I don't have time to go setup the wilderness camp.
Such as Topic Title: STORY MODE - Fast Travel
Where are you having issues with manually saving the game?
so, u also dont know how to using Fast Travel in story mode ??
Gang Camp > Ledger > Purchase Fast Travel > Map is available on back of Arthur's Wagon
Outside of Camps/Towns > use your Setup Camp option > From that you can Fast Travel. It will have a cool down waiting period after crimes, wanted, or unavailable anytime enemies are active near you. Keep in mind if you setup camp in a region where you have any active Bounty $ on you, you may get interrupted when Bounty Hunters get close enough. If you are crafting during that time, be careful. If you don't exit the crafting to check Mini-Map Radar or Large Map, they might come right up on you and then you are given option to Surrender (go to jail and pay bounty %, or options to pull weapon and fight)
Towns have Fast Travel option of their own as well, such as...
Post Office > Train Ticket
Towns also have a Horse drawn wagon you can pay to travel on as well. Look for the Fast Travel icons on your Map when you zoom in on a town.
Unless you need to jump to a certain place to get quick access to something; like Fence, Barber, Bath, maybe a Poker Game, or a Mission. I would try to stick to exploring. As that's the only way you're going to run into the many random events, side quests and such.
The Gang Camp will be referred to in the Fast Travel options as the name of the current location you all happen to be at. Horseshoe Overlook, Shady Belle; etc.
If you wish to get back to the northern snowy area, that's Colter. As there are reasons to go back there later on.
You can also get a ride onboard a passing wagon by right click the driver and ask him to Hold Up > Request a Ride. If accepted make sure you walk around to the passenger side or up to the door (if it's a Coach with doors) before pressing E to get onboard. If you try to enter on the driver side, it may end up pulling him off and stealing the wagon. However this is more to pass time and maybe come across a random event. This will not "Fast Travel"
