Fixed it by downloading a vpn and getting a new IP-adress. It's retarded but due to dynamic IP adress I probably was assigned an IP that was previously banned.

To fix download a VPN like this:
https://1.1.1.1/

Or just disconnect your router for a while and you'll get a new IP adress.

Of course the problem is that rockstar sucks and didn't think of this, but it is what it is.

I bought nordvpn just cause rockstar had a problem with my ip adress. Now after the update it doesn't let me in again, even though I changed servers 3 times (restarted the game each time too). This is my favorite game of all time but I'm starting to have enough man
