Saint Denis bank Robbery freeze game bug

I had to start a new game because the other day My game just froze up during the big bank Robbery, everyone went to the bank windows ready for a confrontation and then my game froze up

I read that trainers cause this bug, not sure if script hook fall's in this category

I use script hook and left out all clothing and weapon mods that use Lenny's Mod Loader this playthrough

My previous playthrough's I had script hook mods installed, but no clothing and weapon mods and got through the Saint Denis mission ok and finished the game

I never play games online with others, to many cheaters, I'm a single offline player only

How did u removed all the clothes?

I believe I removed Lenny's Mod Loader or deleted them from the lml folder
