No ray tracing in this game.
With highest settings, 2x 1080ti's in sli (rdr2 does support sli)
2x 1080ti's will be pushing the limits of both 1080ti's at 1920x1080 @ 60fps
Single 2070, will run rdr2, but you'll have to tone the settings down a bit.
To bad that 3900x only has 16 PCIe lanes available.
As a pair of 2070's may work out really well?
if that CPU had the PCIe lanes available to support it that is.
With only 16 lanes it would likely preform worse in sli.
the ps5 does not run the game in 4k. There is no "next gen" patch for ps5, it is literally the same game one plays on the ps4, bar the occasional fps drops of last gen.
Red dead 2 is 30fps on ps5.

And as someone said, you aren't getting 4k on a PS5. PS5 is the worst of the options. The game runs at a native 4K output (3840x2160p) at 30fps on Xbox Series X. Yet when played on PS5, while RDR2 is also locked at 30fps, it has an inferior resolution of 1920x2160p. Which just so happens to be the exact same as the PS4 Pro.
