the story mode(single player mode) you play as arther. you cant change his skin color facial feature in the sense of a character creation. closest you can get is in game is you can get hair cut. you can choose hair style for both his hair and his beard and mustache at a barber. thats it.

when you start it. you will get to customize your character. your looking for an option called skin tone. that is the option in which you can change the character your creating skin color. for hair theres a section for hair in which you can change your hair style.
