Do you think that Dutch got brain injury?
People say that it happened after trolley mission or at the beggining of chapter 5 after they land in Tahiti and Dutch started going into madness.
What do you think?

He murdered a female bystander during the blackwater incident so long before the bank robbery in Saint Denis.

Common theory but not true.
John even questions if he was always this way.
Dutch murdered the innocent woman in Blackwater. He left John in Blackwater too, as John mentions later. Dutch also left John at the bank again in Saint Denis.

At the opening of the game, Dutch is talking to Charles and says "I... we, need you strong" then later when fishing with Dutch and Hosea dutch says "I think I-- well I mean we, are gonna be okay".

Dutch is a narcissist[en.wikipedia.org], that's his issue and it's a life-long personality disorder. Everything is about him and he projects a nice charismatic persona onto other people which boosts his own ego. Most of the time he's talking to others, he's overly charming and full of himself.
He constantly mentions a plan but never explains it.
One of his first lines in the game is "stay with me".
In Chapter 3 or so, when in the camp he'll even accuse Arthur of eventually betraying him in the end, for no reason, making no sense. It's his paranoia showing.

Narcissist typically lash out, get upset, deflect/accuse others and may even attack, whenever their ego is hurt or they feel not in control; which explains his lashing out, deflecting, making everything about him and his impulsive acts or murder.
no, open your eyes, there are many clues since chapter 1 that he's madman already. things will only deteriorate since then

Pinky on youtube actually made a really good analysis of Dutch's mental health, so yall can go watch that. It's hour long detailed deep dive into Dutch and the state of his mental health, mania, bipolar and blah blah blah
Dutch is just a massive POS and it sucks he didn't die with Micah.

also on youtube, watch police officers arrest women
to see the same as what is described in previous posts.
if you'd like rl examples.

edit.
i also agree dutch was crazy from the start. like nfntau says.
keep an eye out for people like that irl.
you probably know a boss or supervisor or family member like that.
or maybe even someone in your friend circle.

also i like to pretend dutch is carl from aqua teen hungerforce and just pretend its carls voice and the game makes alot more sense to me.

Traumatic brain injuries can affect a person's personality. While it's true that before the accident, Dutch was a manipulative narcissist and he was capable of murder (no one is claiming he was a saint) but he was also charismatic and inspired devotion, and he was the main ideas guy in the gang. After the accident, he became short-tempered, paranoid, unable to think clearly, and he inspired only fear. In my opinion, these personality changes can only be explained by a traumatic brain injury.

I think a lot of people see his evil nature before the accident and use that to argue that nothing changed. But I think that misses the point. Something did change, and it was that he was no longer a charismatic character - his inability to think clearly brought out his worst characteristics - paranoia and vindictiveness - which his charisma camouflaged before the accident.

Dutch was always mad. Regardless of whether he got a brain injury in Chapter 4 (trolley or shipwreck), the real issue was losing Hosea's guiding counsel.
