Are NEXUS MOD is safe?

yes - nexus mods is safe - i've been using them for over 15 years

but some mods are sloppy and cause more bugs than they are worth (especially for rdr2)

Many mods available also serve no purpose if you use the Rampage Trainer simply because the trainer itself has such options.

Such as No New Austin or Guarma Snipers and Reveal Entire Map.

I do however use Lockdown Manager while using Rampage Trainer though because it's cleaner way to unlock all areas for Arthur such as New Austin, Guarma, Sisika-Pen to where they are no longer red and no longer warrant an auto WANTED + BOUNTY for Arthur.

Another useless mod would be the OnScreen Clock; as the Rampage Trainer has the ability to display both Current Real World Clock along with In-Game Clock On-Screen at all times.
