You can get the game to look like this for free with Nvidia filters. I assume AMD's would do it as well.

He's also playing on a $6000 rig at 4k settings... why would you pay for a reshade... just download it and do the options yourself..

There is also nothing realistic about it. All it is, is a change to the color tones. Anyone can do that themselves.

There are already mods that do this for you such as Dynamic Seasons and VESTIGIA

As far as the graphics shown in the video, that is how the game looks on PC anyways. If it doesn't for you, maybe you have a potato.
