Weird pixels on screen

Hi everyone, just wondering about a problem I have playing RDR 2. Basically after few minutes of playing the game I get those weird colorfull square pixels on my screen. They appear mostly at night but also at day. It's happening from over a month now. Before I could play the game without any problems.

GPU: RX 7900 XTX
CPU: R7 5800X3D
RAM: 32GB

What I tried:
- veryfied game files,
- deleted all mods,
- reinstalled game,
- rebooted pc,
- installed the newest drivers (for the moment - AMD 23.5.2),
- turned v-sync and triple buffering on,
- changed settings.

Hope someone can help.

this sounds like artifacting. generally due to an unstable clock of your GPU. Lower or remove any overclock.

I have no overclocking on my GPU

if you weren't getting these artifacts before updating your GPU driver. Roll back one driver

Rolled back drivers - still the same problem

last thing to check, lower lighting to low are off and see if it goes away. (its probably a volumetric lighting bug)

this isnt really a direct fix but whenever i have a problem with a game i verify the files. might not work but i think its worth the try.

red dead redemption 2 --> properties --> local files --> verify integrity of game files...
