You left camp

bug in Money Lending and Other Sins - I
Whenever i try to give all the debts to the donation box, the mission fails and shows a "You left camp" message. It's my second playthrough in RDR2, and this is the first time it's happening, does anyone know the solution?

either guns in camp or nibsmod menu, i removed both and it started working again

Wanted to chime in to move this response "up" in the algorithm for a search on the topic.

For me it was indeed "Use weapons in camp" running which bugged the transaction.

There are so many mods that can break the game if you are still doing missions in Chapter 2.

It is best if you disable them until you get at least 1/2 to 2/3 the way through Chapter 2.
