Mine was also hacked, got it back yesterday. I just made a new rockstar account and opened a ticket on that one stating that my other account was compromised. They take awhile to respond but atleast I got my account back and added 2FA to that account.

i recommend this guys advice. Unfortunately there is no other way. i had the same thing happen to my spotify account recently.

Same ♥♥♥♥ happened to me. I am just trying to play RedM and i go to log in and "slap" theres a email on my account i have never seen before. the issue i am having is which email is associated with my account and i cant find which email it is otherwise i cant open a ticket with rockstar :/

I sent a message to rockstar support since yesterday but they haven't done anything. Logically, my account goes to rockstar, as do the 2 games I have.

there is no chance I will get a game from them again, this is the 2nd time it has happened

You need to contact rockstar support, they need at least screenshot from your purchase and CD key, you have to take screenshot so it shows your whole screen, date etc. i had to do this same thing, took 1 week or something.

mine got back withing 3-4 days. now using 2 factor authentication for better security of rockstar account.
