okay, so I have an old account that is level 150 and i never once encounter this hat anywhere is it just a limited time item or i miss something?

someone that i asked says that it was from bounty hunter role but i'm sure as heck that this hat was not on any role outfits.

I believe that is called "The Gambler" in the hats section. I have one and it looks like the same hat.

It's def not gambler's hat in online. It looks like gaucho hat from npc. People says they got it from bounty hunter outfit. But which one I don't know.
