FREE ROAM EVENTS?
I was invited to them all the time past few weeks, now there is an event and im trying to actually accept one for once and i dont get any invites.

I checked some online calendar of when the next one is and the time came and went, no invite.

how the hell do I join a free roam event? i want the extra 5k xp

aren't they the ones u take from the strangers? Transport caravan etc.

NO the events are the ones that pop up and you press f1 to accept

Don't do any activity when it's time for the event.

If invite doesn't appear within 5-10 seconds of scheduled time, change session and it should arrive. There is some bug with it.

OK i got it to work by switching instances right at the time it was supposed to appear... but now I did complete a free roam event and I didnt get the bonus weekly reward of 5k xp. How do i get the xp? i checked mail

Those participation rewards usually take a day or two to show up.
