Rockstar Library services doesn't connect anymore

I've tried every youtube video and none of the solutions worked
what should I do now?
update: it is getting worse, after installing Visual Studio 2022 Rockstar Launcher is taking 5 minute to process and load
update: problem still persists with no changes at all. even after Doing a complete Reboot

Use Steam to "Verify Files" - should have done this first, manual reconfiguration of Steam assets can corrupt the installation.

Not fixed, Reinstall RDR2 from Steam

Still not fixed, contact Steam support

If your installation is not through Steam, then contact R* support (or installation owner)

it happened to me too a few hours ago
if you can't login because your mail doesn't exist go on rockstar's site and change your password from there
if you're connected to their ass service and the game still tells you you're not, try to stress your cpu while booting the game until you get to the main menu

no you see, the point is every single time I'm trying to open the Rockstar Games Launcher, it hits me with the "Rockstar Library Services can't connect, if you see this message you are f*cked" and I'm trying countless times to open it via these options:
-Compatibility Settings changed, Run as administrator, results: didn't work
-Drivers Update and Windows Update, results: didn't change whatsoever
- Used a VPN and Flush DNS settings, results: didn't work
-Used image path and Registry editor to verify Launcher.exe and RockstarServices.exe in the correct path that is "C:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\Launcher" also didn't work
-used Sevices.msc and go to Rockstar Library Services, change the option to Manual (which it was manual btw) results: didn't work
- used System Configuration: check if Rockstar Library Services is ticked, results: no change at all
-Uninstalled and reinstalled Rockstar Launcher, results: no f*cking s*it
but I haven't GTA V (from epic games) and Red dead 2 (steam) so have no results
if none of the above worked I'm left with no option rather than Reset Factory my pc for f*cks sake

unfortunately it still says the same message, it can only log on website only
I might aswell Reset Factory the whole pc again and reinstall every single game I've owmed
I hope Rockstars Customer Service die and burn

I reinstalled the game, restarted PC, still cant login
