So... a bug that is making my game unplayable (chain gang related)

Has anyone run into this?

The chain gang quest bugged out. I met them, agreed to help them with the posters, I went and grabbed all 5 posters but then the quest bugged and the camp where I am supposed to find them never showed up.

Anyway, I continue playing, then I save the game and go to work. Now that I am back home, I started RDR2 and after the game started (not the save game, just the main menu) there was a weird commercial playing in the background. A commercial for either a war game or a war movie.

So I quit the game immediately and the audio stopped. Clearly somehow connected to RDR2. I start the game again and now I hear the whole chain gang quest going in the background as if someone is playing the game right now. And I hear them going into the train station, getting the posters and getting the moonshine quest from the postal worker. And this whole audio is going on even if I load my own game in which I went past this point. I have audio from my own game... and then this alternate reality audio from someone playing the game in the background :D :D :D

So.... yeah... anyone run into this?
