Can't save with cheats?

Wish I had known before wasting a single penny on this stupid ♥♥♥♥. First, last and only money rockstar will make from me. ♥♥♥♥ em

i've made saves in story mode while using mods.

the game cannot be saved during the scripted missions, nor while the autosave is busy
