Download either 522.25 or 531.18 for NVIDIA GPU (Notebook)
Wipe out the Intel GPU and NVIDIA GPU Drivers fully using the DDU app.
In DDU select GPU > Intel > Clean but do not restart.
Then repeat but for NVIDIA.
Restart Windows when both have been wiped.
Run the installer for Intel GPU Driver (UHD Graphics)
Restart Windows when done.
Run the installer for NVIDIA GPU Driver
Restart Windows when done.
Configure NVIDIA Control Panel;
set the preferred GPU to High Performance
set Power Management to Prefer Max Performance
Apply changes.
Now try you game.
To easily go back to the default graphics settings for RDR2, go here and delete SYSTEM.XML
Documents\Rockstar Games\Red Dead Redemption 2\Settings
Delete the other files in that folder as well, as those are for GPU Cache.
When the game loads up, go to Settings > Graphics and just change the following for now.
> Screen Res (set to your native screen res)
> Refresh Rate
> VSync = Off
> Triple Buffering = On
> Constrain Mouse Cursor = Off
Apply Changes.
Try out the game as-is.
