Obvious spoilers, you are warned.

First, I hate timed missions in general. In any game. 99% they exist just because the designers are too lazy to come up with something original and generally despise the audience.
Console trash is console trash, I realize that and I don’t expect anything better but come on. The number of terribly designed missions in this game is simply staggering.
And why is everyone moving at a snail pace if this mission is timed? At least there is no unskippable long ride with blah blah (I usually take my headphones off on replay) but the extremely slow walk is just maddening.

Then you end up in a cemetery, it is a foggy night and the place is a labyrinth. And, just imagine that one of the “gold” objectives is to find a dog and a drunk. What?! How is it even relevant? Lame and pathetic.

You have to go over there in advance to memorize all your SLOW movements in order to include the dog, the drunk and the inevitable cutscene where you automatically pull your side arm and hide behind a gravestone even if you don’t want to. I certainly don’t. I prefer to stand in the middle of the street and headshot everyone just by turning my gun left and right, up and down. I am sure I am not the only one who does it,

This on-rails mission completely trashes my style. Hiding like a coward from some lowlifes who can’t even shoot straight is downright humiliating, lol.
Jesus, who designed this crap?

You have to make 4 headshots within a few seconds with one guy moving very fast. More challenging but doable if you know what to expect. You have 4 guys and you make your 4 required headshots. Done.

But then comes a surprise — there is another one “somewhere” and this last one can disappear, nowhere to be found. I was able to quickly find him at first but when I tried to replay (because I got lost in the maze and thought I would not make it in time) he just bugged out. John was standing and shooting at empty space. I mean, I am okay with John killing the guy because I already have my 4 headshots but the npc is just not there. Tried two more times with the same result. Everything is done perfectly but the last npc is invisible or something. Reloaded, did a couple of stranger missions, started this mission again… the npc is not there.

So, basically, unable to proceed because you must kill him or the game won’t advance.
