Question about Grimshaw (Spoilers)
Is there a reason no one seems to give a ♥♥♥♥ when Grimshaw is killed? You'd think that that would've shown everyone that Micah can't be trusted, but they all kind of just collectively shrugged while she's screaming and bleeding out on the ground. The only explanation I've heard is that Dutch saw her siding with Arthur as her siding against him, but that only explains why Dutch was fine with it, I don't see why Bill or Javier would stay by Micah's side after watching him murder one of the most loyal and dedicated members of the gang for no reason.

Actually, I think it's because the game doesn't do a good enough job telling the story on this one. I don't know for sure, albeit I'll say it as I see it; I assume she's always been a mother to the gang since her joining, but since the events of Blackwater at the most recent, or events before that even, she's turned cold and bitter. I suspect after the loss of the gang members briefly mentioned who died in Blackwater (can't remember off the top of my head) hit her hard, Grimshaw has, I think, emotionally distanced herself and/or closed herself off.

Open to other suggestions though? Maybe I missed some lore somewhere.
I don’t think she was particularly popular with the gang. Men tolerated her because she was something like a housekeeper and was taking care of them well enough but the girls really hated her because she was a harsh mistress, even beating them sometimes.

Grimshaw used to be a Dutch’s girlfriend IIRC. Probably before Annabelle.

She disliked Molly. Mostly because Molly refused to work and Grimshaw could not do anything about it. One of the reasons she did not hesitate to kill her, in my opinion.
She also disliked Micah because he was making fun of her.

I think it was a heat of the moment thing. The gang was disintegrating and nobody was sure who was loyal to who anymore. Add that to the Pinkertons rapidly approaching and you have everyone too concerned with saving themselves to mourn one person's death.
the gang was clearly divided into 2 factions, the Dutch and Arthur factions. Dutch had Javier, Bill, Micah while Arthur had John, Charles, Sadie and all the girls. Arthur was more of a brother and buddy to them, Dutch was more of a bossy dad.

those that were left in camp when Grimshaw was shot were the loyalists, Bill, Micah and javier w/ Dutch while Arthur had John, Charles wasnt there neither was Sadie, both of whom were clearly Arthur's.

Miss Grimshaw was also a Dutch loyalist up until she pulled a gun on Micah which (in Dutch's eyes) was a betrayal of that loyalty. Once Arthur showed up and accused Micah of ratting the gang out, nobody was sure of anything anymore.
