Where are some places to find herbs for crafting tonics?

I really like crafting them myself, saving a few bucks and (totaly not cause i am piss poor pretty much 24/7), but i am struggling to find some of the herbs, do any of you have some good quick places to head to?

I don't particularly like collecting them myself, but I find them almost everywhere. Usually in places off the beaten path likes forests or clearings.

I am not sure about the rules on sharing links, so I'll just recommend that you google 'Red Dead Redemption 2 herb map'. You'll find lots of helpful results showing you exactly where to find each herb. Also, once you've picked a herb somewhere I believe the location is marked on your map so you can return there if you'd like to.

Also check youtube videos. Some of those videos are quite specific in their locations. IIRC Red Nitrate had some helpful videos.

Here's a link to a great interactive map . . . most of it relates to online, but the section for herbs is good for story mode too. You can select 'hide all', then under the herbs section just select the ones you want and it will highlight their locations. Very accurate as far as I've found.

Running around on horse-back and using Eagle-Eye you'll find em all yourself easily.
