ScripthookRDR2.dll causes the crash, without this file the game works

Someone has to get in contact with Alexander Blade ASAP, to update the Scripthook as fast as possible. Right now we can only play without mods.

Can also confirm the 1436.31 scripthook from AB works fine. I first tried the ScripthookRDR2 V2 1.05.2 from Nexus which works too, but some mods don't work correctly like PDO i.e.

learn to play without garbage cheats.

It's not really about cheats. The game has plenty of cheats you can apply all on its own.

It's about changing mechanics in Story Mode for more enjoyment. Role-playing in the story mode. Adding RDO elements to story mode, etc.

You need the trainer to fix the game and go safely with Arthur to New Austin. No Invisible Sniper, no Lawmen out of thin air. Just enjoying the Legend set and some good drawings.

Rockstar didn't bother to tie the loose ends together after cutting content. Small indie company. it's fine

Ok can someone friend me who really knows all about these RDR2 mods cause I really want to be able to go to New Austin with Arthur. The way Rockstar designed it so that whole region is off limits to Arthur is dumb. And Rockstar should have made it so once you've been to Guarma you can easily fast travel there again.

All this crap with opening up the world once you are John is just stupid.

I'd also like to mod it so the NPC conversation options and the LAW in general is more realistic. If I bump into a guy and he starts shooting, I should be able to rightfully defend myself instead of having to lure him over near a Lawman so the lawman can shoot him down for me.

I'm bumping this thread up so more people are able to find this precious link. I have spent hours trying to figure out why my .asi mods in the root folder keep crashing my game, I have tried EVERYTHING, turns out that even in 2024 new versions of script hook still don't work as intended for some people, crazy. Can confirm that this fixed my problem with the game crashing, and it works in 2024. Linux user btw.
