I dont know what to tell you, play on a console sounds like a weird thing to say on steam.
I do remember the chaos that followed GTA - San Andreas :P
So yeah, I assume that's the future for Red Dead, until the next version, if they even try to add a online version to that... Sadly, I can't stand console, so that's out of the question. I'm to much of a boomer to enjoy playing with controllers.
Yeah, I enjoy the random encounters to much to mod anything.
And funny detail, I switched from Vulkan to DirectX 12, and I haven't had the FFF error since! I also thought it was related to modders or whatever, but IMO it seems more like it's related to NVIDIA users having Vulkan activated + R* never fixed something related to that (we know how broken it was at the beginning)!
This is just a childish response IMO.
Why did you even have to defend yourself?
That just makes me think you're using hacks, which I didn't before you wrote that...
Well, obviously they had some good intentions from the start, since they took the time to develop it (costs and all that). I just assume they realized somewhere in the process that they couldn't do much more to it without going weird (thinking Will Smith and giant mechanical spiders) and with all that copyright stuff (cowboys vs aliens, and every other movie related to weird evolutions of the wild west) I just think they put it on a shelf until further notice or copyright loss that would make it cheaper to develop.
Sadly they're not working with any proper antihack either... The only "effective" version, is denuvo. But we all know what people think about that. EAC among other garbage anti-cheat stuff work as good as R*'s security in RDO :P
If I have a hacker I just relog at once.
I personally haven't had a lot of issues with them. But understand a lot of folks do
Such as waiting a half hour for a doctor to show up if they Ever do.
Until they get servers for folks just wanting to Cowboy around I won't even bother, rather deal with the hackers
Best of luck.
