just load your last save, sorry for the bad news
If i deactivate the cheats can i save the game ?
In order to get around that and go back to a non-cheat save; you'd need to load up an earlier save before you activated any cheats.
It is OK however to fill out the cheats section so the cheats are available. Then save your game in order to save those entered cheats. However you can not activate any cheats, or the save system and the achievement system gets disabled during that game session.
However you can load up any save and then once in the game world activate cheats, however once you do, you won't be able to save at all during that session. To combat that either relaunch the game, or select ESC > Story > Exit to go back to main menu. Then press Continue to load most recent saved game and now you can save once again.
It's just that Rockstar did not want progress to be able to be saved after turning on any cheats. You can however, as you find them in the game (or use an online guide to view all of the worded entries that activate the cheats) and go to Settings > Cheats and enter them. What gets saved in that listing for available cheats is based on you then saving your game manually as you go. Entering a cheat into that list does not activate it, it will provide a warning each time you are actually trying to activate one, as its warning you further progress wont be saved, etc.
But yea once you update the cheat codes list (if you even care); this listing only gets saved after a manual save of your game save slot.
