I own this game on console, is the PC version worth it?
I have been waiting for a ps5 upgrade for years now and i really want to experience the game at 60 fps, should i just play it with 30 fps on console or bite the bullet and buy it on PC while its on sale?

yes, they are. but the stability issues are less so. Its a mixed bag. I've both found a great deal of enjoyment but also rage inducing irritation with the game on PC.

Mixed bag. It has the potential to be something so great. then you get all the FFFFF errors, and a number of other issues people have been suffering with. And this is just the base game. mods dont make thing any worse... normally. but they do provide more opportunities for overlaps to cause crashes.

If you’re just playing single player, and you have a really powerful PC, the game looks gorgeous!

If you plan on playing multiplayer, STICK TO CONSOLE.

Cheaters run rampant on the PC version. The online experience is MUCH better on consoles.

That is one of the main reason i dont play it at the moment..

I wish rockstar would add anticheat in the game and add servers to play on & expand this game so that you can cooperate in multi player and have some sort of goal in it... 😏

No anti-cheat, and no text chat are the two reasons I don’t log on to the multiplayer anymore. :/

I wish I had of kept playing on the console, switching to the PC was a huge mistake. :(

I’d be tempted to go to the console version again, but there’s no way to earn the old Outlaw/Halloween Passes. Hooray for FOMO!

So instead I just play something else. :P

If Rockstar could do something about the cheaters RDO would be incredible.

The microstutter is very annoying on PC. It's clearly a memory dump bug. It happens no matter the graphics settings. It runs overall better on PC than console but it's an annoying glitch.

this game runs like a dream on my rtx 3060 ti. 80+ fps with DLSS in most places on all ultra settings at 1440p
