Can the mountains of RDR online snow?
I know it's snowing right now cuz it's winter in real life, and Rockstar love doing this in gta online or rdr online. But the snow mountains can snow?

Mountains always snow. It's only snowing because of Christmas.

During the Christmas Seasons, they have it snow everywhere in GTAO and RDO.
After the holidays are over, they game returns back to normal.
In RDO however there is always snow in the northern most area of Grizzlies West, as the game map is hard-coded that way.
