How do I get rid of a gun?

I accidentally picked up a WORN Schofield Revolver. I can't figure out how to just drop it on the ground, and I'm not given the option to store it in my weapon locker. I have no use for it so I don't want it cluttering up my inventory.

The good news is, all your "good" guns are still readily available. The Bad news is, your inventory is slightly more cluttered with "worn" weapons. I don't think there is any way to "drop" a weapon out of inventory.

If you are playing online you can get a weapon locker. You get the option to unlock it in the 'Trader' role. If I remember correctly. I do forget which rank it unlocks as well as the price to purchase it for your camp.

I really enjoy having that weapon locker. It makes managing your armory of weapons much better.

For single player mode, I am not sure if the weapon locker is available. Good luck and Have Fun.

It is. It will be available wherever your bed is.

you Can have a weapon knocked out of your hands! start a fight, while holding the gun but not using it. i.e. don't attack while holding the gun or you'll either pistol whip him or shoot him in the face! let yourself get hit a good one, That should knock the gun out of your hand onto the ground (and your hat off your head onto the ground) alternatively, you can go to your weapons locker and store it in there! you can also access your weapon locker while renting a room in a hotel or saloon.

Good idea! I actually like getting into fist-fights in this game. No honor penalty for smacking people around who antagonize you. Thanks!

Just go to a hotel and store it in a weapon locker.
